Welcome to BCYL.POKISHOP — your trusted source for sealed Japanese and English Pokémon TCG products. We take pride in offering only authentic, untampered merchandise, and we kindly ask that you review our policy below before completing your order.
🔒 No Refunds on Opened Products
All sealed products are final sale once the seal is broken.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any item that has been opened or tampered with.
This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of collectible inventory and to ensure fairness for all buyers.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, we’re here to assist.
To report an issue, please email us at support@bcylpokishop.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date if the package is missing) with:

Photos of the package, contents, and any damage

A short explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement item depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Please note: Reimbursements are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
